Blue Stilton – 100gr


One of the best British cheeses, can only be produced in the Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire counties. Ideal pairing with fortified dessert wines such as Porto and Sherry as well as a good choice with walnuts and crackers or bread.

Blue Stilton gets its characteristic blue veins from blue mold spores (penicillium roqueforti), created by introducing air into the core of the cheese with stainless steel needles.
